Tall is small in Starbucks

I do have the same situation when I was ordering my first Starbucks coffee in USA. So fxcking drove me crazy that I did not even know what they call "tall, grande, venti", no mention how to pronounce it.
Ha ha

Here is the translation:

tall ===> 12oz small
grande ===> 16oz medium
venti ===> 20oz large

So...I love this video.
